Configuring Notifications
Per-Channel Settings
- Go to Settings → Notifications
- Select notification channel
- Toggle individual notifications
- Click Save
Quiet Hours
Set times when notifications are silenced:
- Enable Quiet Hours
- Set start and end time
- Select days
- Choose exceptions
Digest Settings
Consolidate notifications into summaries:
- Instant: Receive immediately
- Hourly: Digest every hour
- Daily: Morning summary
- Weekly: Weekly roundup
Managing Notification Overload
Muting
Temporarily mute notifications:
- Mute specific clients
- Mute campaigns
- Mute team channels
Priority Settings
Set priority levels:
- High: Always notify
- Medium: Follow schedule
- Low: Digest only
