Configuring Notifications

Per-Channel Settings

  1. Go to SettingsNotifications
  2. Select notification channel
  3. Toggle individual notifications
  4. Click Save

Quiet Hours

Set times when notifications are silenced:

  1. Enable Quiet Hours
  2. Set start and end time
  3. Select days
  4. Choose exceptions

Digest Settings

Consolidate notifications into summaries:

  • Instant: Receive immediately
  • Hourly: Digest every hour
  • Daily: Morning summary
  • Weekly: Weekly roundup

Managing Notification Overload

Muting

Temporarily mute notifications:

  • Mute specific clients
  • Mute campaigns
  • Mute team channels

Priority Settings

Set priority levels:

  • High: Always notify
  • Medium: Follow schedule
  • Low: Digest only
