View your current subscription:

  • Plan name and tier
  • Billing cycle (monthly/annual)
  • Next billing date

Starter

  • Up to 3 team members

Professional

  • Up to 10 team members
  • Unlimited clients
  • All integrations

Enterprise

  • Unlimited team members
  • Unlimited clients
  • Custom integrations
  • Dedicated support
  • SLA guarantee
  • Custom contracts

Changing Plans

Upgrading

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click View Plans
  3. Select desired plan
  4. Confirm upgrade
  5. Changes apply immediately

Downgrading

  1. Select lower tier plan
  2. Review feature changes
  3. Confirm downgrade
  4. Changes apply at next billing cycle

Payment Methods

Adding a Card

  1. Click Add Payment Method
  2. Enter card details
  3. Set as default (optional)
  4. Click Save

Supported Methods

  • Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Bank transfer (Enterprise only)
  • Invoice billing (Enterprise only)

Viewing Invoices

  1. Go to BillingInvoices
  2. View invoice history
  3. Click to download PDF

Invoice Details

  • Invoice number
  • Billing period
  • Amount charged
  • Payment status

Usage & Limits
