Collapsing the Sidebar

• Click the collapse button to minimize
• Hover over icons to see labels
• Click again to expand

Pinned Sections

Pin frequently used sections:

1. Hover over a section
2. Click the pin icon
3. Pinned sections appear at the top

Top Header

Search Bar

Quick search across the platform:

• Press Cmd/Ctrl + K to focus
• Search for clients, campaigns, contacts
• Use filters to narrow results

Notifications

Click the bell icon to view:

• Recent alerts
• Campaign updates
• Team mentions
• System notifications

Quick Create

Click the + New button to quickly create:

• New Campaign
• New Contact
• New Task
• New Email
• New Content
• New File

User Menu

Click your profile icon for:

• Profile settings
• Account settings
• Billing & subscription
• Keyboard shortcuts
• Help & documentation
• Log out

Client Selector

Located in the sidebar header:

Switching Clients

1. Click the current client name
2. Search or scroll through clients
3. Click to switch

Client Actions

Right-click a client for:

• Edit client details
• View client portal
• Export client data
• Archive client

Command Palette

The command palette provides quick access to any feature:

Opening

• Press Cmd/Ctrl + K
• Or click the search bar

Using Commands

Type to search:

• go to crm - Navigate to CRM
• create campaign - Start new campaign
• switch to [client name] - Change client
• settings - Open settings

Recent Items

Recent pages and actions appear first.

AI Copilot Panel

The AI assistant panel provides intelligent help:

Opening the Copilot

• Click the AI Copilot button
• Or press Cmd/Ctrl + J

Features

• Chat - Ask questions, get help
• Suggestions - Context-aware recommendations
• Insights - Data-driven observations
• Actions - Quick task execution

Minimizing

• Click the minimize button
• Copilot stays accessible as a small icon

Breadcrumbs

Track your location in the app:

Dashboard > CRM > Contacts > John Doe

Click any breadcrumb to navigate back.

Tabs & Views

Many sections have multiple views:

Tab Navigation

Click tabs to switch views:

View Modes

Switch between:

• List View - Detailed table format
• Grid View - Card-based layout
• Calendar View - Timeline display

Filters & Sorting

Filtering Data

1. Click the Filter button
2. Select filter criteria
3. Apply filters

Common filters:

• Date range
• Status
• Client
• Category
• Tags

Sorting

Click column headers to sort:

• Click once for ascending
• Click again for descending
• Hold Shift to multi-sort

Saving Filter Presets

1. Configure your filters
2. Click Save Filter
3. Name your preset
4. Access from the filter dropdown

Mobile Navigation

On mobile devices:

• Sidebar becomes a hamburger menu
• Swipe right to open
• Tap outside to close
• Bottom navigation for key sections

Customization

Dark/Light Mode

Toggle in the user menu:

1. Click profile icon
2. Click the theme toggle
3. Choose Dark, Light, or System

Dashboard Layout

Customize your overview:

1. Go to Settings → Dashboard
2. Drag widgets to reorder
3. Show/hide sections
4. Save your layout
