Account Setup

This guide covers all the settings you need to configure for your Iverton AI account.

Profile Settings

Personal Information

Navigate to SettingsProfile to update:

  • Full Name - Your display name across the platform
  • Email - Your login email (changing requires verification)
  • Phone - Contact number for notifications
  • Timezone - Used for scheduling and reports
  • Language - Interface language preference

Profile Photo

  1. Click on your current avatar
  2. Upload a new image (recommended: 200x200px)
  3. Crop if needed
  4. Click Save

Password & Security

To change your password:

  1. Go to SettingsPrivacy & Security
  2. Click Change Password
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter and confirm your new password
  5. Click Update Password
caution

Use a strong password with at least 12 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Add an extra layer of security:

  1. Go to SettingsPrivacy & Security
  2. Find Two-Factor Authentication
  3. Click Enable 2FA
  4. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
  5. Enter the verification code
  6. Save your backup codes securely

Company Settings

Organization Details

If you're an admin, configure your company:

  1. Go to SettingsApplication
  2. Update:
    • Company name
    • Company logo
    • Business address
    • Tax ID / GST number
    • Default currency

Branding

Customize the platform appearance:

  • Logo - Upload your company logo
  • Favicon - Custom browser tab icon
  • Colors - Primary brand colors (Enterprise plan)
  • Email Templates - Branded email footers

Billing & Subscription

Current Plan

View your subscription details at SettingsBilling:

  • Current plan (Starter, Professional, Enterprise)
  • Billing cycle (monthly/annual)
  • Next billing date
  • Usage limits

Payment Methods

Add or update payment methods:

  1. Click Manage Payment Methods
  2. Add credit card or bank account
  3. Set a default payment method

Invoices

Download past invoices:

  1. Go to Billing History
  2. Click on any invoice
  3. Download as PDF

AI Credits

AI features consume credits:

  • Ad copy generation: 5 credits
  • Email generation: 3 credits
  • Blog posts: 10 credits
  • Script writing: 15 credits

Enterprise plans include unlimited AI credits.

Notification Preferences

Configure how you receive notifications:

Email Notifications

  • Marketing updates - Product news and tips
  • Campaign alerts - Performance notifications
  • Billing reminders - Payment and invoice alerts
  • Security alerts - Login and security events

In-App Notifications

  • Real-time alerts - Instant notifications
  • Daily digest - Summary of daily activity
  • Weekly reports - Performance summaries

Push Notifications

Enable browser push notifications for:

  • Urgent alerts
  • Campaign completions
  • Client messages
  • Team mentions

Data & Privacy

Data Export

Export all your data:

  1. Go to SettingsPrivacy & Security
  2. Click Export My Data
  3. Select data types to export
  4. Download the ZIP file

Data Retention

Configure how long data is kept:

  • Activity logs: 30-90 days
  • Analytics data: 1-3 years
  • Client data: Until deleted

GDPR Compliance

For EU clients:

  • Data processing agreements available
  • Right to erasure supported
  • Cookie consent management
  • Data portability

Connected Devices

View and manage devices with access to your account:

  1. Go to SettingsPrivacy & Security
  2. Scroll to Active Sessions
  3. Review connected devices
  4. Click Revoke to log out any device
