Setup Process
Step 1: Add Domain
- Go to Email Marketing → Settings
- Click Domain Settings
- Enter your domain
- Click Add Domain
Step 2: Add DNS Records
Copy the provided records to your DNS:
- Log into your DNS provider
- Add TXT records for SPF, DKIM
- Add CNAME if required
- Wait for propagation (up to 48h)
Step 3: Verify
- Return to Domain Settings
- Click Verify Domain
- Check status turns green
Troubleshooting
Common Issues
- DNS not propagated - Wait 24-48 hours
- Wrong record format - Check for extra spaces
- Missing records - Ensure all records added
- TTL too high - Lower TTL for faster updates
Verification Failed
- Check record values exactly
