Customizing Stages
- Go to CRM → Pipeline
- Click Configure Pipeline
- Add, remove, or rename stages
- Set probability percentages
- Define stage colors

- Click + New Deal
- Enter deal information:
- Deal name
- Contact/Company
- Deal value
- Expected close date
- Current stage
- Add notes
- Save
