Pipeline Stages

Default Stages

  1. Qualified (20% probability)
  2. Proposal (50% probability)
  3. Negotiation (75% probability)
  4. Closed Won (100% probability)
  5. Closed Lost (0% probability)

Customizing Stages

  1. Go to CRMPipeline
  2. Click Configure Pipeline
  3. Add, remove, or rename stages
  4. Set probability percentages
  5. Define stage colors

Creating Deals

New Deal

  1. Click + New Deal
  2. Enter deal information:
    • Deal name
    • Contact/Company
    • Deal value
    • Expected close date
    • Current stage
  3. Add notes
  4. Save

Metrics

  • Total Pipeline Value - Sum of all open deals
  • Weighted Value - Value × probability
  • Average Deal Size - Mean deal value
  • Win Rate - Won / (Won + Lost)
  • Average Sales Cycle - Days to close

Forecasting

View projected revenue:

  • This month
  • This quarter
  • This year
