Learn how to effectively manage contacts in Iverton AI.

Adding Contacts

Manual Entry

  1. Go to CRMContacts
  2. Click + Add Contact
  3. Fill in contact details:
    • Name (first, last)
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • Company
    • Job title
  4. Add optional fields:
    • Address
    • Social profiles
    • Tags
    • Custom fields
  5. Click Save

Import from CSV

  1. Click Import
  2. Download the template
  3. Fill in your data
  4. Upload the CSV
  5. Map columns to fields
  6. Review and confirm

Import from Other Tools

Import from:

  • Google Contacts
  • Mailchimp
  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce
  • LinkedIn

Custom Fields

Create custom fields for your needs:

  1. Go to SettingsCRM Settings
  2. Click Custom Fields
  3. Add new field:
    • Field name
    • Field type (text, number, date, dropdown)
    • Required/optional

Organizing Contacts

Use tags to categorize:

  • Industry (tech, healthcare, retail)
  • Source (website, referral, event)
  • Priority (hot, warm, cold)
  • Custom categories

Segments

Create dynamic segments based on:

  • Lead score range
  • Lifecycle stage

Static lists for specific purposes:

Logging Activities

  1. Open contact profile
  2. Click Log Activity
  3. Select type (call, meeting, note)
  4. Add details
  5. Save

From the contact list:

  • Send email
  • Create task
  • Add to campaign
  • Change owner
  • Update status

Bulk Actions

Select multiple contacts for:

  • Bulk email
  • Tag assignment
  • List addition
  • Export
  • Delete

Merging Duplicates

  1. Go to CRMData Quality
  2. Review duplicate suggestions
  3. Select primary record
  4. Merge fields from duplicates
  5. Confirm merge
