Adding Contacts
Manual Entry
- Go to CRM → Contacts
- Click + Add Contact
- Fill in contact details:
- Name (first, last)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Company
- Job title
- Add optional fields:
- Address
- Social profiles
- Tags
- Custom fields
- Click Save
Import from CSV
- Click Import
- Download the template
- Fill in your data
- Upload the CSV
- Map columns to fields
- Review and confirm

- Google Contacts
- Mailchimp
- HubSpot
- Salesforce

Custom Fields

- Go to Settings → CRM Settings
- Click Custom Fields
