How It Works
Lead scoring assigns points based on:
- Profile fit - How well they match your ideal customer
- Engagement - Their interaction with your marketing
Score Components
Profile Scoring
Points for demographic fit:

Decay Rules
Reduce scores over time:
- -5 points after 30 days inactive
- -10 points after 60 days inactive
- Score reset option for cold leads
Configuring Scoring
Scoring Rules
- Go to CRM → Lead Scoring
- Click Configure Rules
- Add scoring criteria
- Set point values
- Enable/disable rules
Score Thresholds
Define lead quality tiers:
- Hot Lead (80-100)
- Warm Lead (50-79)
- Cold Lead (0-49)
