Lead scoring assigns points based on:

Score Components

Profile Scoring

Points for demographic fit:

Decay Rules

Reduce scores over time:

  • -5 points after 30 days inactive
  • -10 points after 60 days inactive
  • Score reset option for cold leads

Configuring Scoring

Scoring Rules

  1. Go to CRMLead Scoring
  2. Click Configure Rules
  3. Add scoring criteria
  4. Set point values
  5. Enable/disable rules

Score Thresholds

Define lead quality tiers:

  • Hot Lead (80-100)
  • Warm Lead (50-79)
  • Cold Lead (0-49)
