Connecting Social Accounts

Connect your social media accounts to start managing them.

Before You Connect​

Ensure you have:

  • Admin access to the accounts
  • Business/Creator accounts where required
  • 2FA disabled temporarily (if issues)

Connection Steps​

Facebook & Instagram​

  1. Click Connect Accounts
  2. Select Facebook
  3. Log in to Facebook
  4. Grant permissions
  5. Select pages to manage
  6. Instagram connects via Facebook

LinkedIn​

  1. Select LinkedIn
  2. Log in to LinkedIn
  3. Authorize Iverton AI
  4. Select company pages

Twitter/X​

  1. Select Twitter
  2. Log in to Twitter
  3. Authorize the app
  4. Account connected

YouTube​

  1. Select YouTube
  2. Log in to Google
  3. Select channel
  4. Grant permissions

Managing Connections​

Refresh Connection​

If connection expires:

  1. Go to Accounts tab
  2. Find the account
  3. Click Reconnect

Remove Connection​

  1. Click account settings
  2. Select Disconnect
  3. Confirm removal

Troubleshooting​

  • Connection failed - Check permissions
  • Token expired - Reconnect account
  • Missing pages - Verify admin access
