Portal Creation

  1. Go to Portals
  2. Click Create Portal
  3. Select client
  4. Configure settings
  5. Invite users

Configuration

Basic Settings

  • Portal name
  • Welcome message
  • Default view

Features

Enable/disable:

  • Reports
  • Content approval
  • Files
  • Communication
  • Invoices

Users

Add client team members:

  • Email invitation
  • Permission level
  • Access duration
